ISQ: Could not retrieve $user’s properties. Setting defaults user’ - end user name
Information. Sent when AsyncOS is unable to retrieve
information about a user.

Information. Sent when AsyncOS is configured to reference
an external quarantine, but the external quarantine is not
defined.
