Chapter 3 Setup and Installation
Using the System Setup Wizard
• Enabling and configuring network interfaces, including:
Configuring incoming mail (inbound listener)
Defining SMTP routes (optional)
Configuring outgoing mail (outbound listener) and defining systems allowed to relay mail through
the appliance (optional)

Begin by reading the license agreement. Once you have read and agreed to the license agreement, check

Setting the Hostname
Define the fully-qualified hostname for the Email Security appliance. This name should be assigned by
your network administrator.
