Cisco Unified CCX Engine Problems
MRCP ASR subsystem—In service only if you have configured an automatic speech recognition
(ASR) system for use with Cisco CRS.
MRCP TTS subsystem—In service only if you have configured a text to speech (TTS) system for
use with Cisco CRS.
VoIP Monitor subsystem—In service only if you have configured monitoring and recording on your
server for monitoring and recording of agents.
