prompt.wav file.
Error Message The page cannot be displayed.
Possible Cause The .wav file is large.
Recommended Action Manually move the file to the repository to resolve the issue.
Callers hear a fast busy while calling the JTAPI triggers
Symptom While calling the JTAPI triggers, callers hear a fast busy.
Error Message The following message appears in the MIVR log:
%MIVR-SS_TEL-7-UNK:Call.rejected(TRIGGER_MAX_SESSION)
Recommended Action Complete the following steps:
Step 1 Delete and the re-add the trigger.
Step 2 Restart Cisco Unified CCX Node Manager.
