Client Events Service
CALL_SERVICE_INITIATED_EVENT
The CTI Server may send a CALL_SERVICE_INITIATED_EVENT message to the CTI client upon the
initiation of telecommunications service (“dial tone”) at the agent’s teleset. The CALL_SERVICE_
INITIATED_EVENT message is defined in Table 5-17.
ServiceID The ServiceID of the service that the call is attributed
to. May contain the special value NULL_ SERVICE
(Table 6-3) when not applicable or not available.

DivertingDeviceType The type of device ID in the DivertingDeviceID
floating field (Table 6-11).

CalledDeviceType The type of device ID in the CalledDeviceID floating
field (Table 6-11).

LocalConnectionState The state of the local end of the connection
