NumParties The number of active connections
associated with this conference call,
up to a maximum of 16 (Table 6-3).
This value also indicates the number
of ConnectedParty CallID,
ConnectedParty DeviceID Type, and
ConnectedParty DeviceID floating
fields in the floating part of the
message.
