Client Events Service
CALL_RETRIEVED_EVENT
The CTI Server may send a CALL_RETRIEVED_EVENT message to the CTI client when a call
previously placed on hold at the agent’s teleset is resumed. This is defined in Table 5-9.
LocalConnection State The state of the local end of the connection
(Table 6-8).
