The CTI Server sends the CONFERENCE_CALL_CONF message, defined in Table 5-103, to confirm
receipt of the request:
FacilityCode (optional) A trunk access code, split extension, or other
data needed to access the chosen facility.

An authorization code needed to access the
resources required to initiate the call.

the peripheral for charge-back purposes.

NumParties The number of active connections associated
with this conference call, up to a maximum of 16
(Table 6-3). This value also indicates the
number of Connected PartyCallID,
ConnectedParty DeviceIDType, and Connected
PartyDeviceID floating fields in the floating part
of the message.

LineHandle This field identifies the teleset line used, if
known. Otherwise this field is set to 0xffff.
