MONITOR_AGENT_TEAM_START_REQ
The MONITOR_AGENT_TEAM_START_REQ message, defined in Table 5-53, allows a CTI
Supervisor Client to start monitoring agent team.
When the request has been received, the CTI Server responds to the CTI Client with the
MONITOR_AGENT_TEAM_START_CONF message:
MONITOR_AGENT_TEAM_STOP_REQ
The MONITOR_AGENT_TEAM_STOP_REQ message, defined in Table 5-54, allows a CTI Supervisor
Client to stop monitoring agent teams.
TeamID The agent team ID. There may be more than one TeamID
field in the message (see NumberOf AgentTeams).
