To set up the Pilot Level
The level in the pilot tone can be changed ± 5 dB. The standard setting is 40 dBµV at
the test point. This level corresponds to 10 dB below the carrier at 10% modulation.
In order to change the level, the keys (+) and (-) are activated simultaneously. Now
the pilot LED flashes to indicate that the level can be changed by pressing the key (+)
or (-). A short press changes the level 0.1 dB. If the key is pressed constantly, the level
is changed in major steps. Five seconds after releasing the key, the LED will flash
quickly and the current set-up is stored in the memory.
