Enterprise Data Problems
Problem The DNIS shown in the agent’s enterprise data is incorrect for an
Outbound Option call.
Solution The dialer port has not been set up as a monitored device. The
administrator must add the dialer port to the list of monitored devices
in the Enterprise Configuration dialog box in Desktop Administrator.
Problem Enterprise data displays data after a call has been dismissed.
Solution Enterprise data displays data from the last call until a new call is
received. This allows agents to use the enterprise data for after-call
work.
