Forcing a Login
If you try to log in using an agent ID, name, or extension that is already in use, the
Forced Login menu appears (
Figure 3).
If you choose the first option, which is called a forced login, the other person using the
agent ID, name, or extension is forcibly logged out and you are logged in.
