The Custom Lab Packs tab is empty

You will see labs on the Custom Lab Packs tab of the Labs panel only if you have uploaded labs from

an instructor or created your own labs. To nd out how to extract labs created by your instructor or how to

create your own labs, see the Compiling a Lab section of this manual.

Clicking the Labs panel does nothing

If you try to click anywhere on the Labs panel and nothing happens, check the status bar. If you see that

the Boson NetSim Network Simulator is busy, the controls will be disabled until NetSim nishes loading.

If this problem persists, close NetSim and reopen it. You should then be able to navigate the Labs panel.

However, if it seems to be taking an exceptionally long time to load a lab, you should restart NetSim and

try loading the lab again. If the problem persists, please create a support ticket documenting the problem.
