2.1.3.13 RPS2 – Remote Power Sensor
Function: The RPS2 is a dual side power
sensing unit. The input and output for the RPS2 is
20 Amp 115 VAC . The RPS2 measures and
reports :
• True RMS Current
• TrueRMS Voltage
• True Power in VA
• Teperature
Access: The communications interface for the
RPS2 is RS-232 serial. This interface can be used
with BayTech’s DS-Series SNMP Controller or
with any terminal server or modem.
Monitor: When used with the DS Series SNMP
controller the RPS2 will report SNMP traps based
on preset conditions for current, voltage, power
and temperature.
The DS Series can handle as many as 32
RPS2’s.
