Function: The RPC5 is designed for high current
applications such as large routers , switches or servers.
The RPC-5 has four individually (relay) controlled AC
power receptacles that are easily controlled by sending
on, off or reboot commands via Telnet, or via the unit's
EIA-232 control port.
The RPC-5's EIA-232 port can be connected to an
external modem for dial-up access in the event the
network is down.
Control: The unit supports commands for receptacle
control, status, and configuration. Commands include:
on, off, reboot, config and status. The unit provides a
response to indicate the commands were acknowledged
and completed.
The RPC5 supports multiple users for collocation.
