show l2protoco l-tunnel
To display information about the Layer 2 protocol tunnel por ts, use the show l2protocol-tunnel
command. This command displays information for the interfaces with protocol tunneling enabled.
show l2protocol-t unnel [interface interface-id] [[ summary] | {begin | exclude | include}

command, you can configure som e or all of these parameters:
• Prot ocol type to be tunneled
• Shutdown threshold
• Drop threshol d
If you enter the show l2protocol-tunnel [interface interface-id] command, only information about the
active ports on which all the parameters are configured appears.
If you enter the show l2protocol-tunnel summary command, only information about the active ports
on which some or all of the parameters are configured appears.
Expressions are case sensitive. For example, if you enter | exclude output, the lines that contain output
do not appear, but the lines that contain Output appe ar.

interface interface-id (Optional) Specifi es the interface for which pr otocol tunneling inf ormation
appears. Valid interfaces are physical ports and port channels; t he port
channel range is 1 to 64.
summary (Optional) Displays only Layer 2 protocol summary information.
begin (Optional) Displays information beginning with the line that matches the
expression.
exclude (Optional) Displays information that excludes lines that match the e xpression.
include (Optional) Displays the lines that match the specified expression.
expression (Optional) Expression in the output to use as a reference point.
