Using a Personal Address Book
Before you can use a personal address book on your phone, you must be
subscribed to a personal address book service. See the Customizing Your Cisco
IP Phone on the Web section on page 6-3, and refer to
Customizing Your Cisco IP Phone on the Web for additional details.
Searching Personal Address Book Entries on Your Phone
Use the following procedure to find a personal address book entry.
Procedure
Step 1 Press the Services button.
The phone displays the services that have been configured for your phone.
Step 2 Use the Navigation button to highlight the option that corresponds to the My
Address Book service and press the Select softkey.
Tip The exact service name might vary, depending on how your system
administrator configured the service.
Step 3 Perform one of the following actions:
To display a specific name, enter the name using your phone keypad and press
the Submit softkey. All names that match your search criteria will display.
To display all your address book entries, press the Submit softkey.
