Using Your Voice Messaging System
Your phone administrator chooses the voice messaging system that your phone
uses. For information about how to use your voice messaging system, refer to the
documentation that came with your phone. For example, if your administrator
configured your phone system to work with Cisco Unity, refer to the Cisco Unity
documentation for information about accessing your voice messages.
See Table 7-1 on page 7-1 for specific information about using your voice
messaging system.

Press the Messages button on your Cisco IP Phone and follow the
voice prompts. Your system administrator will provide you with a
default password. For security reasons, you should change your
default password as soon as possible.
