Example:

Enters call-manager-fallback configuration mode.

Configures the telephone number that is dialed when the
message button on a Cisco Unified IP Phone is pressed.
phone-number—Phone number configured as a
speed-dial number for retrieving messages.

call-forward busy
directory-number
Example:
Router(config-cm-fallback)# call-forward busy
2000
Configures call forwarding to another number when the
Cisco IP phone is busy.
directory-number—Selected directory number
representing a fully qualified E.164 number. This
number can contain “.” wildcard characters that
correspond to the right-justified digits in the directory
number extension.

Configures call forwarding to another number when no
answer is received from the Cisco IP phone.
directory-number—Selected directory number
representing a fully qualified E.164 number. This
number can contain “.” wildcard characters that
correspond to the right-justified digits in the directory
number extension.
timeout seconds—Sets the waiting time, in seconds,
before the call is forwarded to another phone. The
seconds range is from 3 to 60000.
