Error Message PM-4-ERR_DISABLE: [chars] error detected on [chars], putting [chars]
in err-disable state.
Explanation
The port manager detected a misconfiguration or misbehavior and placed the interface
in an error-disabled state. A recovery is attempted after the configured retry time (the default is 5
minutes). [chars] is the port where the threshold was exceeded. The first [chars] is the error, and the
second and third [chars] are the affected interfaces.
