Testing the VPN Concentrator
Follow these steps to create and test a secure connection from a Windows 2000 PC client to the VPN
Concentrator.
Step 1 On the client PC, choose Start > Settings > Network and Dial-up Connections > Make a New
Connection from the Windows 2000 Start menu. The Network Connection Wizard window appears.

Click Next. The Network Connection Type window appears. (See Figure 5-2.)

Step 3
Choose Connect to a private network through the Internet.
Step 4 Click Next. The Public Network window appears. (See Figure 5-3.)
