Command Purpose
Step 1
configure terminal Enter global configuration mode.
Step 2
cluster discovery hop-count
number
Enter the number of hops that you want CDP to search for
cluster candidates and cluster members.
Step 3
end Return to privileged EXEC mode.
Step 4
show running-config Verify the change by displaying the running configuration
file. The hop count is displayed in the file.
