date-format (telephony-service)
To set the date display format on all the Cisco IP phones attached to the router, use the date-format
command in telephony-service configuration mode. To disable the date display format, use the no form
of this command.
date-format {mm-dd-yy | dd-mm-yy}
no date-format {mm-dd-yy | dd-mm-yy}

Defaults The default is set to mm-dd-yy.

Examples The following example sets the date format on the Cisco IP phones to date, month, and year:
Router(config)# telephony-service
Router(config-telephony-service)# date-format dd-mm-yy
Related Commands
mm-dd-yy Set to month, day, and year. Each slot needs a two-digit number. This format
is the default setting.
dd-mm-yy Set to day, month, and year. Each slot needs a two-digit number.

telephony-service Enables Cisco IOS Telephony Service and enters telephony-service
