Note The optical specifications described in this section are only for the individual components and should
not be used to characterize the entire network performance.
Note The MTU (maximum transmission unit) for the 8-port FC/GE aggregation card is 10,232 bytes.
The 8-port FC/GE aggregation card adds latency to FC traffic. Table A-17 shows the FC latency values
for different configurations of the 8-port FC/GE aggregation card.
