The cerent15216EdfaFfsFileEntry table contains status information about the files within the file
system. Table 5-14 lists the table variables.

Read-write Minimum allowable power bus DC voltage, in
units of -0.1V. For example, a value of 420 is
actually -42.0V.
The power bus threshold has a 1.5V tolerance and
a 1.0V hysteresis. If the minimum threshold is
configured at 420 (-42 VDC), the alarm may raise
anywhere between -42 to -40.5V and will not clear
until the voltage goes above -43 VDC.
