Configuring HTTP
Before You Begin
You must log in as a user with admin privileges to configure HTTP.
Procedure
PurposeCommand or Action
Enters the HTTP command mode.Server# scope http
Step 1
Enables or disables HTTP and HTTPS service on the
CIMC.
Server /http # set enabled {yes | no}
Step 2
Sets the port to use for HTTP communication. The
default is 80.
Server /http # set http-port number
Step 3
Sets the port to use for HTTPS communication. The
default is 443.
Server /http # set https-port number
Step 4
Enables or disables the redirection of an HTTP request
to HTTPS.
Server /http # set http-redirect {yes
| no}
