The rtrv-softw command displays the status of the Cisco HSI and call processing activity. The following
software states can be displayed for the Cisco HSI:
• Not running
• Starting
• Active
• Restart pending
• Halt pending
• Reboot pending
The following software states can be displayed for call processing:
• Running
• Idle pending
• Idle
rtrv-softw
Note When the Cisco HSI is in the restart pending, halt pending, or reboot pending software state, the
sta-callproc command cancels the pending state.

Examples In the following example, the command displays the status of the Cisco HSI and call processing activity:
gw mml> rtrv-softw
