Resynchronize User Accounts that Match an LDAP (Active Directory) Filter
Before You Begin
• Log in to DMM.
• Choose LDAP or SSO as your authentication method.
• Define LDAP filters.
Procedure
Step 1 Click Administration.
Step 2 Choose Security > Authentication > Synchronize Users.
Tip Is the Synchronize Users tab disabled (dimmed), so that you cannot click it? If so, refresh your browser.
Step 3
Find the relevant bookmark among all your saved bookmarks.
Step 4 Choose Update as the synchronization type.
Step 5 Click Submit.

Step 6
Stop. You have completed this procedure.
