Step 3 If no outside interface has a static IP address, select one and click Edit to display
a dialog that allows you to reconfigure the IP address information for the
interface.
If there is anoutside interface with a static IP address, note that interface name and
complete the next procedure.
Configuring SSH and HTTPS
Complete the following steps to configure a management policy for SSH and
HTTPS on the router.
Step 1 Click Configure > Additional Tasks > Router Access > Management Access.
Step 2 If there is no management policy, click Add. If you want to edit an existing
management policy, select the policy and click Edit.
Note If you are editing a management policy it must be associated with an interface that
has a static IP address.
Step 3 In the displayed dialog, enter the address information in the Source Host/Network
box. The IP address information that you enter must include the IP address of the
PC you will use to manage the router.
Step 4 Choose an outside interface with a static IP address in the Management Interface
box. This interface must have a route to the IP address you specified in the Source
Host/Network box.
Step 5 In the Management Protocols box, check Allow SDM.
Step 6 Check HTTPS and SSH to allow those protocols.
Step 7 Click OK to close the dialog.
Step 8 Click Apply Changes in the window that displays management access policies.
