Place call using Fast Dial
Before you can use Fast Dial on the conference station, it must be set up on your User Options web pages.
Procedure
Step 1
Press Contacts.
Step 2
Sign in to Personal Directory.
Step 3
Select Personal Fast Dials.
Step 4
Select a fast dial code and then press Call.
Hold
Hold allows you to put an active call into a held state. Your phone allows one active call at a time; other calls
are put on hold.
Hold active call
Procedure
Step 1
To put an active call on hold, press Hold.
The Hold icon
is displayed as a status icon.
Step 2
If there is only one call on hold and you are not on an active call, press Resume.
Step 3
If you are already on an active call, press Swap.
The holding call becomes active, and the active call is placed on hold.
