Onhook call
transfer
Allows a user to press a single Transfer
softkey and then go onhook to complete a
call transfer.

Other group pickup Allows a user to answer a call ringing on a
phone in another group that is associated
with the user’s group.

Presence-enabled
directories
Allows a user to monitor the call state of
another directory number (DN) listed in call
logs, speed-dials, and corporate directories.
The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) for the DN
displays the call state.
