Capturing CSQ Historical Call Data
To capture CSQ historical call data:
1. From the WFM server, choose Start > Programs > Cisco > WFO > WFM > OOC.
The Odysoft ODBC Collector window appears (
Figure 18).

2. Choose Collector > Capture. The Capture Agent window appears (Figure 19).
