LED Flasher Register (LEDFLSH)
Address: 0x8000.22C 0, Read / Write
Bit Descriptions:
Flash rate[0:1]:Values 1-4 determines rate in seconds
Duty Ratio[2:5]: Percent duty c yc le from 1/16 to 15/16 for flash rate
Enable[6]: Turns flasher on.
