JampII-mini is shipped with 32MBytes of SDRAM.
FLASH
JampII-mini is shipped with 8MBytes of asynchronous Intel Strata-Flash.
EEPROM
The EDB9302 support serial EEPROM. This EEPROM can be used for parameter
storage or boot-code.
