10.PACKAGE DIMENSIONS
Notes: 3. “D” and “E1” are refer ence datums and do not included mold flash or protrusions, but do include mold
mismatch and are measured at the parting li ne, mold flash or protrusions shall not exceed 0.20 mm per
side.
4. Dimension “b” does not include dambar protru sion/intrusion. Allowable dambar protrusion shall be
0.13 mm total in excess of “b” dimension at maximum material condition. Dambar intrusion sh all not
reduce dimension “b” by more than 0.07 mm at least material condition.
5. These dimensions apply to the flat section of the lead between 0.10 and 0.25 mm from lead tips.
