Configures fixed time blanking interval t

and sense resistor protection. The value is an unsigned integer in the range
of 0value7.
[0] IOTP_SAMP
Sample internal temperature sensor at a slower rate when not in internal
overtemperature state (iOTP fault state). Recommended to set bit
IOTP_SAMP to sample slow.
0 = Sample fast
1 = Sample slow

0 = Force OCP fault (debug only)
1-7= Number of times an OCP fault has to occur consecutively.

0 = Unlatched fault
1 = Latched fault
