Intel X-Scale 400 MHz RISC microprocessor that runs on a 200 MHz RAM BUS.
CPU Settings
Start > Settings > System tab > System Console > Power Manager tab
 You may select to set the CPU speed at either 400 MHz or 200 MHz.
