4.4 MULTI-TAG
4.4.1 COUNTER
In order to prevent sending redundant tags to PC or mobile computer, the RFID reader
creates a tag list to compare the scanned tags, discard redundant tags, and output/store
new (unique) tags. The new (unique) tags will be added to the list as the comparing
patterns. To do this we use a counter for that list with the maximum count up to 128
records. When the maximum number of records is reached, the reader will not scan any
tags until the counter is reset.
Note: The Multi-Tag Counter command is used to set the counter value of a tag list. If
the value is set to ‘0’, the list is disabled and all scanned tags are recorded or sent
to PC/mobile computer.
