WARRANTY INFORMATION
CIPA mirrors and accessory products, other than EVO Products, are warranted to be free from
defect in material and workmanship for one year. CIPA EVO Formance products are warranted
to be free from defect in material and workmanship for 30 days. Any material shown to the
satisfaction of CIPA to be defective at the time of shipment will be replaced without charge or
CIPA may, at its option, render a credit in such amounts as CIPA deems reasonable, provided
however, that in no event shall CIPA be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of
any defective material or in any way liable or responsible for damages of any nature whatsoever
which may result from the use of its products. All materials sold by CIPA are non-returnable
except for defects in manufacturing. No salesman, representative or agent is authorized to give
any guarantee, warranty or make any representation contrary to the foregoing. Labor and
installation costs are not covered under any warranty. All defective or any other shipment claims
MUST be made in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of goods, and include a copy of the
packing slip, invoice and signed freight bill.
Note: All product returns must be made through the store from which you have purchased our
product. Labor and installation costs are not covered under any warranty. Any product that has
been altered in any way after purchase will not be warranted. Such as:
 Altering wiring harness
 Cutting or splicing any wiring
 Changing plugs
 Opened EVO packages that cannot be repackaged for resale
 Any use of our product in which it was not intended

Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product,
where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty
carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
