5.2 Using Internet Explorer Mobile
Internet Explorer Mobile is a full-featured Internet browser,
optimized for use on your phone.
To open Internet Explorer
• On the Home screen, click Start > Internet Explorer.
To go to a link
1. While on a Web page, scroll vertically or horizontally to
see all available links.
2. Click the link.
To go to a Web page
1. In Internet Explorer, click Menu > Address Bar.
2. Enter the address, and click Go.
To change Web page display options
1. While on a Web page, click Menu > View.
2. Select one of the following:
• One Column. Arranges the content into one column
that is as wide as the screen. This means that you
will rarely have to scroll horizontally.
• Default. Maintains a layout similar to what you see
on a desktop computer, but makes items smaller
and arranges the content so that you can see most
of it without having to scroll horizontally.
• Desktop. Keeps the same layout and size as on a
desktop computer, which will require both horizontal
and vertical scrolling.
To change the size of text on Web pages
• While on a Web page, click Menu > Zoom and select
the size you want.
