CALIBRATION & TEST EQUIPMENT
LOAD BANK 400 The most portable & lightweight load bank available
This is the lightest and most compact 400A load bank available. Built using a unique design means the total weight is only 8.5kgs making it truly
‘Engineer friendly ‘ The load bank is fitted with 4 heavy duty push switches, the value of each is selected to give maximum coverage of the load range
and gives you a possible 14 different load settings. This load bank is ideal for load testing machines to check for faults, and when used with a calibrated
meter can enable calibration and validation to BS/ISO standards.

LOAD BANK 600
This load bank is similar to the above model but has a higher load capacity of 600A and is fitted with 6 heavy duty push switches; the value of each is
selected to give maximum coverage of the load range. This load bank is ideal for workshop use to load test machines to check for faults, and when
used with a calibrated meter can enable calibration and validation to BS /ISO standards.

CALIBRATOR 600 AC-DC
The ultimate in calibration and validation
The calibrator 600 is the best machine to carry out calibration and validation to BS and ISO standards
This machine is fitted with calibrated meters, adjustable load settings, and a fine tune load setting. Use of the different loads combined with the
fine tune enables virtually every possible parameter to be achieved up to 600A for MIG, TIG & MMA. The different loads are easily selected using
small panel switches which switch heavy contactors. The machine is designed to be easy to wheel around workshops and into vehicles. Optional
frequency display can be fitted to allow non contact calibration of engine speed on generators and an optional taco kit is available to read wire
speed.
Machine comes complete with power supply leads and a good selection of welding leads.

CALIBOX (SUPPLIED WITH CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE)
The calibox is a separate digital display box which sits on top or next to a welding machine. There are 3 standard versions of the calibox. The DC6000i is for MIG & MMA &
runs off the welding volts (max. 100VDC), & does not need any external supply. The DC 600 & AC DC 600 require an external voltage supply, either 110v or 230v which can
be easily selected internally. Because the display is digital LED and not LCD it is bright and easy to read from a distance and not susceptible to grinding dust, etc.
Size approx Length - 190mm x Width - 190mm x Height - 120mm. Other versions of this box are available including amps or volts only, speed of wire feed or travel speed etc

PARALLEL CALIBOX (SUPPLIED WITH CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE)
These Parallel boxes are designed to connect two DC power source outputs together for high current applications, the combined output parameters
(amps & volts) are displayed on the digital LED readouts. Designed mainly for MMA & arc air gouging but could also be used for other welding
applications. 4 panel plugs are fitted for connecting to the power source outputs & two panel sockets on the front are used for connecting the welding
earth & electrode lead. No auxiliary supply is needed. This can be used as a portable unit or mounted using the fixing holes on the base or rear.
Max OCV of power source is 100V DC. The amperage rating specified is the total output of both power sources.

METERBOX (SUPPLIED WITH CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE)
The meter box is a separate analogue display box which sits on top or next to the welding machine. It displays amperage and voltage and is connected in series with the
welding machines output. The meter boxes available are shown below. We now make the DC ones with changeable polarity so can be fitted onto MIG, MMA or TIG machines.
