TIG COLD WIRE FEEDERS
This unit is designed as an easy add on for all TIG welding machines & torches for automatic systems or
hand welding of ferrous & non ferrous materials.

The TIG FEED 40 shown has the following functions; precise wire speed control, sensitivity control for
automatic start & stop of wire, wire pulse control, pool delay timer, inch forward & reverse & remote
socket.
This unit is designed as an easy add on for all TIG welding machines, it is designed to be simple to set up & to use. The feeding of the filler wire
is done automatically with the welding current making this unit perfect for high productivity TIG welding.
The pool delay timer allows for the welding pool to form before starting the feed, sensitivity control allows the feed to start & stop automatically
with the welding current & to stop during slope down time if required, sensitivity control also allows for the wire to pulse in time with the welding
current if required, the adjustable pulse allows the wire to dab into the welding pool independently of the welding current or in synchronisation
with the welding pulse if the power source is set to pulse.
The remote socket is used for connecting various remote controls, the basic version gives inch forward, reverse & control of speed or more
complex remotes can also stop & start the power source & control the welding amps.
Many other different configurations & options are available including; TIG torch connected directly to the TIG FEED, can be interfaced with a
PLC etc, digital meter to display Amps or speed, etc. The TIG FEED 40 is supplied with a Teflon liner, torch bracket & wire guide.

WELD CLEANER
The Tec-clean 100 is designed to safely remove the discolouration of a weld on stainless steels & similar
metals providing you with a clean finish without needing hazardous pickling pastes.
This machine has a carefully controlled output with an infinitely variable power setting for cleaning welds efficiently and with no chance of
spoiling the work by shorting down. It is designed to be used with our cleaning pads & fluid. The earth & electrode lead are connected using
standard 16-25mm connectors, the cleaning wand is very user friendly with an ergonomic handle & easily changeable stainless steel
electrodes.
