4.1.2.3 Read/Write Masking threshold
Carrying the function switch SW1 to position 6, it is possible to read and/or set masking.
Select Masking:
Select a number from 00 to 02 on the appropriate switches SW2 (tens) and SW3
Press the button S3, to confirm its acquisition and use
Read set Masking;
Turn the SW2 switch until the red LED (D9) is on
Turn the switch SW3 until the red LED (D8) is on
The number from 00 to 02 represented on the SW2 (tens) and SW3 (units), corresponds to
the masking threshold currently assigned to the ray.

4.1.2.4 Walk-Test
Setting the function switch SW1 to position 4, it is possible to carry out the Walk-Test. The ray
will work with the set parameters and once the ray is interrupted, the buzzer present inside the
Rx circuits will be activated with a continuous sound.
4.1.2.5 Final Operation
Turn the function switch SW1 to position 0 and press the “S3” button to conclude all the ray
installation phases and stores the thresholds selected in the previous phases.
NB: If the barrier is powered off or reset, before having stored the parameters, all the settings
made will be lost.
5 MAINTENANCE & ASSISTANCE
Ray Replacement
MICRO-RAY-RTV13-KIM and MICRO-RAY-RRV13-KIM codes shall be used to replace ray 1
(Default) or ray 3, respectively on column A and B (see table with RAY REPLACEMENT CODES
at page 29).
To configure MICRO-RAY-RTV13-KIM and MICRO-RAY-RRV13-KIM to replace ray 3, you must
connect and turn on the ray, turn the functional switch SW1 to position 7, and using the SW2
(tens) and SW3 rotary switches (units), set the number of ray you want configure (03).
Press "S2" micro-switch on TX or "S3" push-button on RX and check the leds of the Fault (D6)
and Tampering (D5) lights up, confirming the acquisition of the new ray number set.
MICRO-RAY-RTO24-KIM, MICRO-RAY-RRO24-KIM, MICRO-RAY-RRO24-KIM and MICRO-
RAY-RTO24-KIM codes shall be used to replace ray 2 (Default) or ray 4, respectively on column
A and B(see table with RAY REPLACEMENT CODES at page 29).
