If the quality of the alignment is poor (or worse)

- repeat the entire alignment procedure, making sure that there are no obstacles or

disturbances in the protection field

- in alignment condition adjust the height of the RX to get the best signal received (if

necessary, check the height of the Tx).

(*): To slide the ray in the column, remove the radius locking screw in the column,

in the lower right corner of each radius, to be re-locked when the alignment is

complete

4.1.2.1 Application type setting, vegetation filter and ray interruption time

MICRO-RAY offers the possibility to choose among 6 settings "type of application",

2 settings " vegetation filter" and 10 ray interruption times (from 10ms to 1 sec). If

you do not want to use the factory settings, you must first analyse the environment in which

the product will be installed and understand how to best set the individual rays.

Installation example A

Barrier installed at max 0.5m from the fence with the possibility of intrusion from the inside

Installation example B

Barrier positioned between 0.5m and 1m from the fence with intrusion from the outside
