Connect the
Processor
This section discusses how to prepare your processor for operation. It
provides a detailed look at the server chassis and its various
components, instructions on how to connect sources and how to power
the server.
The processor comes pre-configured according to your specifications.
You should be able to connect your sources and display content on the
display wall when the unit is unpacked. This section provides a high-level
overview of the capabilities of the modules available for this processor. It
also touches on some system configuration information. All input and
display modules are clearly labeled.
Connect Devices
Input and display modules are already installed in the TVC-700 chassis.
Input Signals
The system will accept input signals of the following types:
• Standard video through a 16-input BNC to DB26 cable connection
• Computer video through a DVI-I single-link connection or DVI-D
dual-link connection (RGB, HDMI or Component connections
available using DVI to VGA, HDMI, or Component adapters)
• Computer video over Ethernet through a RJ-45 connection
Frame rates for Standard Video, DVI and RemoteDesktop capture frame
rates will depend both on the number of simultaneous captures and the
resolution.
