Step 4
• Install the 2 brake wheels (U) on the front side of leg frame “C” and wheels (V) on the
Back side of left frame “C”. Use wrench (Zf) to tighten.
Step 5
• Install top shelf basket (B) to the leg frames (C) using 4 plastic corner supports (W) and 8 screws (X).
NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL BOTTOM SHELF (B) HAS BEEN
INSTALLED
Step 6
• Install bottom shelf basket (B) to the leg frames (C) using 4 plastic corner supports (W) and
8 screws (X).
NOTE: use the holes closest to the casters to install the lower basket (B).
• Install bottle rack (P) using 2 plastic corner supports (W) and 4 screws (X) into the middle set of holes in
the leg frame (C). You may choose either left or right side for this assembly.
Step 7: Drawer assembly:
NOTE: THE RIGHT SIDE DRAWER BOX IS SHORTER THAN THE LEFT SIDE BUT THE SIDES (J)
ARE THE SAME LENGTH AS THE LEFT SIDE DRAWER (I). (SEE INSET ON STEP 8)
• Install the 4 cam screws (Za) into the side holes in drawer front (G) using a Philips head screw driver.
• Now install drawer handle (T) to the drawer front using the 2 pan head screws (Y).
Repeat process on 2
nd
drawer front. NOTE: Pan head screw (Y) may be threaded into handle (T) for storage
Step 8
• Install the back drawer panel (H) to the drawer side panel (I) using 4 screws (Z).
• Carefully slide the bottom panel (K) into the grooves in left and right side drawer sides (I).
• Assemble drawer front (G) to drawer sides (I). Tighten cam locks (Zb) with Philips head screwdriver.
Repeat process on 2
nd
drawer using drawer sides (J) and drawer bottom (L).
There are 3 drawer partitions (M) for left drawer (I) and 2 drawer partitions (M) for right drawer (J).
These partitions can be used for the spice rack function of the drawers or left out if desired
Step 9
• Install drawers on roller glides: short drawer (J) on the right side and long drawer (I) on left.
NOTE: If drawers are too tight loosen screws on drawer braces (E) to adjust.
• Insert screws (X) into the 4 open holes in leg frame (C) and secure with washer (Zd) and nut (Zc).
NOTE: This step is cosmetic only, to cover the open holes if desired. (Opposite side from bottle rack (P)
Steps 10 &11
• Set in speed rack (Q) into the towel bar (N).
• Insert chef pan (R) into opening in back panel (D)
• Trash ring (O) can be substituted for Chef pan (R).
• Pull a plastic trash bag up through the middle of trash ring (O) and wrap around sides.
• Slide trash ring (O) into opening in back panel (D).
