original enduser purchaser will havea

Product
will void thiswarranty.

This warranty only covers technicalhardware issues during
the
warranty period and under normal use
conditions. T70 does
not
warrant uninterrupted orerrorfree operation of this Product.

(a)Product has beentamp ered with, repairedand/or modified

nonauthorized

(b)Serial number of theProduct, components or accessories

removed;

Obsolescence;
(d)Damage (accidental or other) totheProduct that is

metic,
meaning damage that does not
impacttheoperation

functioningof theProduct, such as without limitation to
rust,
change in
color,texture orfinish,wear and tear, scrapes,
dent

cracks, or gradual
deteriorat ion;
(e)Damag e totheProduct causedby war, terrorism, fire,

natural disaster, intentionalor
acci dental misuse, abuse, negl ect
