PC Card Slot
The computer is equipped with a PCMCIA 3.3V/5V slot for one type II PC-
MCIA CardBus PC Card Slot. Make sure you install the PCMCIA/Card Read-
er Card driver (see “What to Install” on page 4 - 1).
Inserting and Removing PC Cards
• Align the PC Card with the slot and push it in until it locks into place.
• To remove a PC Card, simp ly press the eject button next to the slot.

the cover in the PC
Card slot when not is
use. This will help pre-
vent foreign objects
and/or dust getting in
to the PC Card Slot.
