Step 5 å Fasten the LEFT END (B2) to the TOP (C) and SHELF (E). Tighten four TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. 2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.
Step 6 å Fill the hole in the LEFT END (B2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert a WOOD DOWEL (15F) into this hole. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å å Next, fill the hole in BOTTOM (D) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). å Fill the hole in the BOTTOM (D) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert a WOOD DOWEL (15F) into this hole. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å å Next, fill the hole in the RIGHT END (A2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Fasten the LEFT END (B2) to the BOTTOM (D).
Step 7 å Fasten two METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the BOTTOM (D). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten two CORNER BRACKETS (31G) to the ENDS (A2 and B2) and BOTTOM (D). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edges of the ENDS (A2 and B2) and BOTTOM (D). Don't worry. It isn't Rome. Step 9 å Fill the holes in the ENDS (A2 and B2) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert a WOOD DOWEL (15F) into these holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å Fill the large holes in the FEET (I and J) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Quickly, flip the FEET over and insert the WOOD DOWELS (15F) in the ENDS into the holes in the FEET. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å Fasten the FEET (I and J) to the ENDS (A2 and B2).
Step 10 å Fasten the SHELF MOLDING (M) to the SHELF (E). Tighten three HIDDEN CAMS. å Fill the holes in the BOTTOM MOLDING (N) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). Then, insert a WOOD DOWEL (15F) into these holes. Wipe away the excess GLUE. å Fill the two outer holes in the BOTTOM (D) 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE (54M). å Insert the WOOD DOWELS (15F) in the BOTTOM MOLDING (N) into the holes in the BOTTOM (D). Wipe away the excess GLUE. Fill the holes 1/4 to 1/2 full with GLUE.
Step 11 å å Fasten four METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the TOP MOLDING (K). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). NOTE: Be sure the BRACKETS are even with the edge of the TOP MOLDING (K). å Fasten two TIE PLATES (3G) to the TOP MOLDING (K). Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Push two LARGE RUBBER SLEEVES (59G) onto the TIE PLATES (3G). å Fasten the TOP MOLDING (K) to the TOP (C). Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the METAL BRACKETS on the TOP MOLDING and into the TOP.
Step 12 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (F) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (F). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". å å Fasten the BACK (F) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. 1N NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the SHELF (E).
Step 13 å Fasten three HINGES (13H) to each DOOR (H). Use twelve BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S). 11S BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREW (12 used in this step) 13H H H 13H Page 18 415107 www.sauder.
Step 14 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the diagram. If it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it against the stops. Then tighten the mounting screw. å Fasten a DOOR (H) to the LEFT END (B2). Use the screws in the HINGES. å Fasten a PULL (52K) to the DOOR (H). Use a BLACK 1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (21S). å Repeat this step for the other door.
Step 15 å Refer to the enlarged diagram to identify the parts on the HINGES. å The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. å DOOR ADJUSTMENTS: To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), turn the adjusting screw in or out. å To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments.
Step 16 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. 2 With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. Un fi su nish rfa ed ce D132 B36 D132 L D138 L D138 Groove Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER FRONT groove. å Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D132 and D138) at an angle into the slot at each end of the DRAWER FRONT (L).
Step 17 VIEW THE DRAWER GLIDE VIDEO å å Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D132 and D138). å å NOTE: The glides are not intended to rotate. Fasten the DRAWER RIGHT (35AC) to the DRAWER RIGHT SIDE (D132) and the DRAWER LEFT (35AD) to the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D138). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #2. Fasten the PULL (53K) to the DRAWER FRONT (L). Use two SILVER 5/8" MACHINE SCREWS (15S).
Step 18 å To insert the drawer into your unit, tip the front of the drawers down and drop the glides on the drawers behind the glides on the unit. Lift the front of the drawers up and slide them into the unit. å Apply the WARNING LABEL (5L) to the DRAWER LEFT SIDE (D138). You should be able to read the label when the drawer is open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram.
Step 19 å To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #2 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.

Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S). Remplir les trous dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (A2 et B2) de 1/4 à 1/2 pleins de COLLE (54M). Insérer ensuite une CHEVILLE EN BOIS (15F) dans les trous indiqués. Nettoyer l'excès de COLLE.
ÉTAPE 15 ÉTAPE 18 Consulter le schéma agrandi pour identifier les pièces des CHARNIÈRES. Pour insérer le tiroir dans l'élément, abaisser le devant du tiroir et faire passer les coulisses situées sur le tiroir derrière les coulisses situées sur l'élément. Relever les devants du tiroir et les enfiler dans l'élément. Il faut peut-être ajuster les PORTES. Suivre les indications ci-dessous pour ajuster.
