15.19(a)(3):
Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:(1)
Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,
includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation.

NOTE:ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,
pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotectionagainst
harmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.
Thisequipmentgenerates,usesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedin
accordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,there
isnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoescause
harmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoff
andon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowingmeasures:
—Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
—Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
—Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiverisconnected.
—Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp
Changesormodicationsnotexpresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliancecouldvoidthe
user‘sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.

Thisdevicemeetsthegovernment’srequirementsforexposuretoradiowaves.
Thisdeviceisdesignedandmanufacturednottoexceedtheemissionlimitsforexposuretoradiofrequency
(RF)energysetbytheFederalCommunicationsCommissionoftheU.S.Government.
TheexposurestandardemploysaunitofmeasurementknownastheSpecicAbsorptionRate,orSAR.
TheSARlimitsetbytheFCCis1.6W/kg.TestsforSARareconductedusingstandardoperatingpositions
acceptedbytheFCCwiththeEUTtransmittingatthespeciedpowerlevelindifferentchannels.
ThehighestSARvalueforthedeviceasreportedtotheFCCis0.226W/kgwhenplacednexttothebody.
TheFCChasgrantedanEquipmentAuthorizationforthisdevicewithallreportedSARlevelsevaluatedas
incompliancewiththeFCCRFexposureguidelines.SARinformationonthisdeviceisonlewiththeFCC
